I had a problem with a delivery of raw food by Natures Menu but ordered from Pets at Home. The Customer Service from Natures Menu has been the best I have experienced in years, they have done everything to put things right & gone beyond. I would HIGHLY recommend this company & my dogs love their food, too.

I’ve recently put my dog back onto Nature’s Menu and he is thriving. Great food and great service. Just struggling with the website as there seems to be a problem with it at the moment.

I was having difficulty with an online order. I contacted Natures Menu and spoke to the Deputy Sales Manager who was very helpful and gave me some further advice as high demand was causing my order to fail. She then double checked my order online later in the evening to ensure my order was correct and had not made a double or even triple entry. She then contacted me by email confirming my order had gone through correctly and I would receive my order by the date I requested. I am impressed by the Customer Service I received.

I started feeding my puppy raw after a friend advised me that some foods can be full of a lot of rubbish. She absolutely loves the superfood bars and the meaty treats as well. It’s now my ‘one stop shop’ for all her food and treats. I find it easy to order online, I always order in bulk to get free delivery and the frozen I buy has flexible delivery (DPD, one of the best in my opinion) easy tracking and comes well packaged.

I recently had to contact customer services as I ordered my dog food in tin form rather than pouch.The meat seemed a different consistency and for some reason my dog wouldn't eat.After speaking to Claire she arranged for the unopened cans to be collected and had refunded by account.No fuss.no lengthy explanations required.just the simple facts.All this within 4 days and I can hardly believe the excellent customer service.I have been today and purchased the pouch variety from my local Pets Shop.This is the first time I have ever felt so valued as a customer and I am very grateful and delighted with the outcome.Thankyou.

Both my cockers have the frozen cubes and love it, one has an anal gland problem which has been vastly improved after being switched to natures menu raw chunks, so it's a win win.
Delivery is first class with frozen food well packaged and in tiptop condition upon arrival, a bit pricey but as they say you get what you pay for, recommend so give it a go.

I’m super happy with buying my dogs frozen food from Natures Menu. The food is of great quality, the ordering is simple, the price is very competitive especially with promotions, it comes well packaged/insulated and arrives quickly. Excellent all round.

I had always been pleased with the quality of the food received from Natures Menu, but that was when they were delivering in their own van. Now delivery is through DPD and the food has fully defrosted by the time it arrived despite an insane amount of insulating packaging. My dog is now suffering diarrhoea which she has never previously had. I will have to change the way I get her raw feeds.

Our beautiful beagle Bella loves your food it keeps her health and fit. On Sundays she has a treat of a marrow bone keeps her occupied most of the day until she needs her mummy to get the last bit of marrowbone out for her.

Since starting to feed raw a few years ago I’ve found it the best thing for my rescue sighthounds. Beautiful skin and coats, they keep so healthy, no upset tums, or bad breath, and they love it. Recently discovered the subscription service, fantastic! It’s cheaper, they have all the flavours and they deliver free! Cant fault the food or the service.

Our Chocolate labrador loves the Country Hunter raw nuggets. He licks the bowl clean every time. Since transferring to Country Hunter his coat is shinier and his weight stable. After initial problems with deliveries, DPD now do a great job, and the new packaging that comes with a handle is ideal.

I have two border collies both love the raw food supplied by Natures Menu, One of my Collies suffered with diarrhoea, blocked anal glands and itchy skin before changing to Raw food, he is now healthy and happy, normal poo, and beautiful glossy coat and a bonus for me with reduced vets bills.
